Here’s the plan

Save the date: The event will be held safely on October 16, 2021. This is an all-day event with optional evening dinner/drinks meetup and hotel stay afterward.

Location: ModernWell in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Activities: Massage, yoga, crafting, happy hour, nature walk, guided meditation, small group breakouts, and much more!

Featured speaker: We’ll also be given invaluable, personalized guidance in a small group workshop setting from Therapist turned Life Coach, Jamie Paisley, on navigating mental health, boundary setting, and mom guilt.

What’s included: Lunch, coffee and pastries, hors d’oeuvres, happy hour, free giveaway, and the activities listed above are all provided! Except the massage, which is an a la carte add-on.

Optional add-on: 20 minute neck and back massage with hot stones and steamed towels. There are limited spots available. This is first come first serve.

Who’s welcome

You are! All current and future mamas. This is an adult-only event. The good news is you have plenty of time to secure childcare. I recommend trying a site like UrbanSitter to find a trustworthy care provider for your kiddos, if needed.

What to expect

I promise you’ll leave refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired to make time for your own needs. Plus, you’ll have some new friends in the same life stage as you are.

Evening accommodations 

Optional but encouraged. Book your room here by 9/29, at AC Hotel by Marriott West End to keep the fun going. We have a group rate of $119/night before tax. King and double queens are both available in case you want to meet your significant other for a night away from the kiddos or bunk with some girlfriends for a lady’s getaway.
